Refund policy
Due to these being live fish and shipping is done from overseas once fish have been sent from our farm to the exporters we can no longer recall any fish so any request to return or refund is not possible, once our fish is sent the fish will have already been packed and inspected by customs so recalling any fish is not a possible option.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, before opening any box please film from start to finish to have evidence of any DOA (Dead on arrival) or any issues regarding your order, once you have unboxed and unpacked your fish and checked that they are okay I am no longer liable for any issues after this time frame, however in some circumstances I will consider resolving any issues that may occur within a certain time period but it is always under my own consideration since the warranty timeframe after unpacking has already passed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants or animals), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges and replacements
In order to be eligible for refund or replacement any issues with the fish upon arrival must be filmed and photograph to bring attention to the issue, dead on arrivals are eligible for replacements with the customer being liable for the reshipping cost, fish are replaced for free.
Refunds
Refunds are available for Dead fish only, any shipping fees after fish has been shipped cannot be refunded, please contact us at franksbetta@gmail.com.
