Shipping policy

Important shipping notice! Do not skip or you will not be eligible for reimbursement.

 

shipping is done through a Transhipper, they’re an importer for tropical fish and shipping dates are usually scheduled once per month or twice per month depending on the Transhipper closest to your region, for an example if you ordered a day after a shipment schedule has left your order will be automatically scheduled for the next possible shipment date. 

If you select “Use your own Transhipper” Option you understand and agree that you are aware of the shipment process that is involved with the Transhipper that you chose, you also agree that you will be liable for the shipping arrangements with the Transhipper and you must pay for the shipping process through them  and refunds for order cancelation after the fish has been scheduled for shipment is not possible since the fish has already left my hands.

 

if you have chosen the option for me to handle the shipping process refunds after your order is not possible since payment for box space in exporting will  automatically confirmed after each order. It is very important that before you make the purchase you fully understand the entire process before you finalize on your order. 

changes in your order such as change of mind of your fish or adding on more fish is possible but please request via email in advance.
